Main features: This machine is mainly used for winding high-power motor coils. The equipment adopts a special controller to realize automatic winding, automatic wire arrangement, cross slot, automatic wax pipe, product setting, etc.

After the winding is completed, the die mold can expand and contract automatically (needn’t to remove the die mold and taking out the coil). In this way, it greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers and improves the work efficiency. The die molds of the same series of motor stator coils can be adjusted, which can meet the requirements of multi-strand winding, also the tension is stable and adjustable, so as to ensure the standardized production of products.
